Egg White Chia Zoats



In a big microwave safe bowl add:
-1/3-1/2 cup of oats
-1/2-1 tbsp of chia seeds
-1/2 grated zucchini
-1-1 1/4 cup of water

Mix up the ingredients and microwave for 4-5 minutes.
Take out and add:
-2 egg whites
-1 stevia packet
-Vanilla extract and any other extracts you wish to use

Microwave for another 4 minutes and 30 seconds.
Take out and add:
-Cinnamon and pumpkin pie spice, you also could add protein powder here.
Top with whatever your heart desires.
-nut butters, nuts, fruits, banana, greek yogurt, granola, chia seeds, rasins, etc!
